BankAtlantic and Neighbors 4 Neighbors

 

Neighbors 4 Neighbors is a non-profit organization created in 1992 in response to Hurricane Andrew, providing relief to storm victims and assisting those families in crisis.

Today this community service program has expanded beyond hurricane relief and provides effective community response to any emergency. Neighbors 4 Neighbors also runs campaigns on a variety of issues including poverty, homelessness, child and domestic abuse, gun violence, health, personal finances, and consumer fraud.

Join us at this great charitable event to help feed, clothe and give holiday joy to families in need in our community. Enjoy speciality drinks and complimentary  hors d'oeuvres and enter to win in the extensive raffles and auctions. Highlights of Past Initiatives 

  • Thanks for a successful Food for South Florida Food Drive!
    The “Food for South Florida” food drive took place during the month of September. All BankAtlantic Branches in Dade and Broward were drop off locations for this cause.
  • Haitian Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund
    BankAtlantic and Neighbors 4 Neighbors joined together to collect over $100,000 to help the earthquake victims in Haiti.
  • Kindness Cards
    BankAtlantic teamed up with Neighbors4Neighbors and the libraries of Miami-Dade and Broward counties to find artwork for new Kindness cards. The winning drawings were featured on Kindness Cards distributed throughout Dade and Broward County and the winning artists received a youth bank account at BankAtlantic, complete with a starting deposit of $100.   • BankAtlantic Teams Up with Hialeah High School
    BankAtlantic sponsors academic academy to give students real world experience in the classroom.

  • Adopt-A-Family 4 The Holidays
    BankAtlantic was proud to partner with Neighbors 4 Neighbors to help provide holiday joy to families in need. This program matched needy families with caring business, organizations, and individuals who provided gifts, decorations, food, and friendship. Gift cards and toys for children were dropped off at all BankAtlantic branches.
