The 12th Annual Women In Distress SAFEWALK-RUN 5K was held on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Markham Park in Sunrise Florida. 60 teams and over 1,000 individuals came together to help end domestic violence. Team BankAtlantic was on hand Saturday morning to support this worthy cause. Team BankAtlantic raised over $4,000 for Women in Distress and was the Top Fundraising Team! | |

You voted for the winners and now the winning drawings are featured on Kindness Cards distributed throughout Dade and Broward County. The winning artists received a youth bank account at BankAtlantic, complete with a starting deposit of $100. |

![]() | On July 23rd, thirteen BankAtlantic volunteers helped sort and pack boxes of food for Feeding South Florida, a not-for-profit organization that empowers other South Florida not-for-profit organizations to assist people in need and improve their lives. Volunteers also helped sort school supplies for their Kids Count store where Title 1 school teachers shop for classroom supplies free of charge. |
