By linking Savings Overdraft Protection from your savings to your checking account, you are provided with a variety of benefits:

  • Convenience of knowing advances are automatic when funds are maintained in the savings account

How it works
Occasionally, you may accidentally write a check, use your debit card, authorize an automated ACH payment, or use an ATM to withdraw cash when there are not enough funds in your checking account. With Overdraft Protection linked from your savings account, funds are transferred to your checking account from your linked savings account (up to your available savings account balance) to cover the amount -  and save you money in potential NSF fees. These funds will only be transferred once per business day.

Overdraft Protection Transfer Fee
For each day on which a Transfer occurs, a transfer fee of $15.00 will be charged to your Checking Account. There is a maximum of one (1) fee per day.
