Home EquityCHOICE Line of Credit Lending Process

Here is what applicants can expect during the application and lending process for a Home EquityCHOICE® Line of Credit or Home Equity Loan.

  1. Submit an application online, this will only take about 15 minutes. You may also visit your nearest branch or call 1-888-7-DAY-BANK to speak with a BankAtlantic Associate that will assist you with the application. 
  2. A BankAtlantic Associate will contact you within one (1) business day of receiving your application. 
  3. After application has been submitted and reviewed, a BankAtlantic Associate will contact you for further documentation necessary to complete the application process.
  4. Schedule a visit to your nearest BankAtlantic branch in order to close on your Home EquityCHOICE® Line of Credit or Home Equity Loan
  5. On average, customers close within ten (10) business days of completing their application, pending all required documentation is provided.
  6. According to Federal Regulations, you have up to three (3) business days to cancel your loan agreement.
