The BankAtlantic Foundation was created in 1994 as a 501(c)3 corporate foundation. Since then, the BA Foundation and BankAtlantic have awarded more than $16 million to charitable organizations throughout the state of Florida.


The BankAtlantic Foundation supports four key areas.

  1. The Arts
  2. Education
  3. Human Services
  4. Economic Development 

The BankAtlantic Foundation considers requests for specific projects, as well as for general operations. The majority of the grants made by the Foundation falls within the $1000 - $3000 range.
