You are permitted no more than six (6) transfers and withdrawals, or a combination of such transfers and withdrawals, to your other accounts or to a third party by means of a pre-authorized or automatic transfer, Online Banking or telephone transfer, check, draft, debit card, or similar order per statement cycle. 1. In-branch deposits received during branch hours on the bank’s business days are processed same-day; subject to standard availability. 2. We will waive the penalty if you make a partial withdrawal during the term of the CD providing the following conditions are met: (a) The withdrawal does not cause the CD balance to drop below the $1,000 minimum daily balance requirement, and (b) the withdrawal is made at least seven (7) business days after the issue date or date of prior withdrawal, and (c) The withdrawal is in an amount of at least $1,000 or more, and (d) The withdrawn funds are reinvested in a BankAtlantic Business deposit account. Any withdrawal not made in accordance with these conditions is subject to normal early withdrawal penalties. Withdrawal below minimum daily balance will result in account closure and penalty.
