To eliminate account number errors and save you valuable time when you visit the branch: 

  • for checking account deposits, use your pre-printed deposit slips from your checkbook packets
  • for checking account withdrawals, use a check rather than a handwritten withdrawal slip --

If you would like to change your address information:

  • Totally Free Online Banking & Bill Pay customers -- Logon to Online Banking & Bill Pay click on User Services, then click on the Change Address Information text link to update the address fields. Within 2 to 3 business days, the changes will take effect in the system, and be applied to all of your BankAtlantic accounts.
  • If you do not use Online Banking, print out/complete this Change of Address Form, and mail it to the address listed on the form. Or, stop by the nearest branch.
