How do BABC’s services work?
You deliver your product or render your services to a customer.

  • Prepare invoices as usual.
  • Send copies of all invoices to be funded to your BABC Account Executive.
  • We verify the invoice information and fund, typically within 24-48 hours after receipt of your invoices.

What types of receivables can be converted to cash?
With few exceptions, any type of receivable where a service has been rendered or a product delivered to another credit-worthy business or government agency.

How much cash will you give me for an invoice?
Normally we advance you 70% to 80% or more of the invoice amount right away. Once we receive payment for the invoice, we send you the remainder, less BABC’s factoring fee.

Will this impact my business relationships?
Yes, a very beneficial impact! Your customer will be glad to learn that your business is stronger with the resources of BABC behind you.  In fact, you will be able to extend more favorable terms to customers who may, as a result, increase their volume. Prior to any contact with your customers, we'll discuss your options with you -- who is to be paid, where payment is to be sent, the name on the check, etc...

I have clients all over the U.S. ... are there any geographical restrictions?
No, we can work with any credit worthy business or government agency in the United States.
