To celebrate, BankAtlantic is hosting a grand opening event on June 24th with food and drinks, a balloon artist from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and a caricaturist from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. BankAtlantic will also hold a $1,000 sweepstakes and give away $100 gift card door prizes and free t-shirts to the first 100 new customers at the store on June 24th and 25th.
The party continues on June 25th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with brunch-style food and beverages, Cuban coffee, popcorn, and a balloon artist from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In addition, Stanley C. Panther and “7” will make special appearances, posing for photographs and entertaining children.
The store is also offering incentives to open a new checking account during the grand opening weekend, including a Celebration Savings Account with 5.07 percent introductory rate for 90 days, a 5.37 percent 7-month CD and a free standard safe deposit box. New account holders can choose from a rolling party cooler, watch or business executive portfolio. Platinum gifts require a $500 minimum deposit and new account holders can select a two-piece luggage set or a 13”-color TV.
The Grand Opening Celebration continues through the end of July with special offers for new accounts, including a $77 gift card (retail), $150 gift card (business) with minimum $500 deposit and account in good standing for 77 days, free debit card and free checks.
