BankAtlantic to Host A “Lunch & Learn” Seminar For Property Managers and Community Associations

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL. – October 21, 2009 – BankAtlantic, Florida’s Most Convenient Bank, announced today that it plans to host a “Lunch & Learn” seminar for property managers and community associations on Thursday, October 22, 2009, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Attendees will earn two free hours of Licensed Community Association Manager continuing education credits (course #9625650 in the “other” category).

The BankAtlantic “Lunch & Learn” seminar will focus on borrowing laws for Community Associations and collection laws for delinquent assessments. The seminar will feature a presentation by attorney Jay Steven Levine of the Jay Steven Levine Law Group. Mr. Levine will be presenting a course entitled “Assessment Collection Crisis – the Next Generation; Borrowing Money”. In addition, BankAtlantic executives including Ken Binger, President of Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast will be in attendance to join in the seminar and discussions.
