BankAtlantic to Sponsor the Martin County Parks and Recreation’s “Hobe Sound Fall Festival”
A Food Drive for the United Way and a Night of Halloween Fun
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL. – October 19, 2009 – BankAtlantic, Florida’s Most Convenient Bank, announced today that it is a proud sponsor of the Martin County Parks and Recreation’s “Hobe Sound Fall Festival.” In conjunction with the Hobe Sound Fall Festival, BankAtlantic also announced it has partnered with the United Way to accept donations for a Food Drive for the upcoming Thanksgiving and holiday season.
“Halloween is a great time for kids of all ages and particularly for the tiniest of goblins and ghosts in our community. The Hobe Sound Fall Festival provides a fun and safe Halloween environment for the whole family and admission’s free!” said Ken Binger, BankAtlantic’s Regional President of the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County. “This time of year also traditionally marks the beginning of the holiday season and BankAtlantic is very proud to partner with the United Way in a food drive for those in need this upcoming Thanksgiving and holiday season.”

Cost: Admission is FREE. Join the fun!!

• a pumpkin patch and a costume contest!
• The first 100 children through the gate will get a free pumpkin!
Food and beverage will be available for purchase. The festival will feature a Petting Zoo ($2.00) and also available are Sandy Candy edible art projects ($1.00).
