BankAtlantic Volunteers to Team Up With The Kids Ecology Corps for Beach Clean Up Day
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida – July 16, 2009 – BankAtlantic, “Florida’s Most Convenient Bank”, today announced that BankAtlantic employees and their families have volunteered to team up with the Kids Ecology Corps for a beach clean up day at the John U. Lloyd Beach State Park in Dania. The clean up of the beach is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 18, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Volunteers from BankAtlantic and their families will combine efforts with the Kids Ecology Corps to remove waste and debris from the beach, making it a cleaner, safer place for the community as well as the environment.
“Our beaches are a precious resource for the families and children of our community and BankAtlantic and its employees are very pleased to once again team up with the Kids Ecology Corps in this worthwhile effort,” commented Jarett Levan, CEO of BankAtlantic.
