BankAtlantic’s Commercial Lending Group Announces $8.05 Million Dollar Closing for RCR Rentals, LL

Fort Lauderdale, FL – June 5, 2008 – BankAtlantic, Florida’s Most Convenient Bank, today announced the completion of an $8.05 million loan closing for RCR Rentals, LLC.

The purpose of the loan is to refinance 74 condominium units which are currently 100 percent leased at Villa Lago. This is part of a 328-unit condominium project that consists of two six story buildings connected by a parking garage. The project is located within the Renaissance Commons mixed-use development at the southeast corner of Gateway Blvd. and Congress Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL.
