ATM Customer Preference Options 

Branch ATMs will now allow you, the customer, to set your preferences at the ATM regarding Language, Fast Cash Amount, and Receipt Options. Selecting preferences at the ATM will minimize time spent there and avoid asking the same questions each time you use a BankAtlantic Branch ATM.

  • A few preference examples:
  • Currently the ATM will always inquire as to what language you’d like. If you select a preferred language, the next time you visit a branch ATM it will automatically revert to the language you selected.
  • Fast Cash is currently set at $60. A customer can select their fast cash option/preference to any amount in $20 increments.
  • “Would you like a receipt” is asked for each transaction, by selecting your preferences you will automatically receive, or not receive, a receipt for those types of transactions you choose.
  • Preferences can be changed at any time, by selecting “Set my Preferences” on the transaction screen.
