Employee Development & Education.

We guide all new associates through an extensive orientation and fundamental training program to provide a solid foundation for career advancement at BankAtlantic. We even have our own university! BankAtlantic University (BAU) offers a multitude of curriculums and courses - cultivating talent is what we do best!

The ability to train and develop future leaders of the company is what Ken Binger loves most about his job. As a President, Palm Beach & Treasure Coast Stores, Ken has held many prestigious positions including Area Sales Manager, Regional Market Manager and Regional President, Broward County. According to Ken, inspiration comes from within and success while having fun is the key. Ken feels that the destination is not as important as the enjoyment of getting there, with that kind of philosophy it’s clear why Ken is often referred to by his associates as “the best manager ever”. Ken truly does make a difference!
